Alhamdulillah
we already enter into week 12nd, and this post will be the last
post as we must submitted individual
assignment (blog) to miss ummi by 8th December (tomorrow) . For our class last Wednesday, we had learn two
chapter; 10 and 11.
Before
class started, Miss ummi was given a piece of paper. We had to answer the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
questionnaire. The Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric
questionnaire designed to measure psychological
preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. We had to choose the character that we think
more accurately describes our self. And the result will exposes our career that suitable for us.
so that is the question asked for. For each row we need to choose either one that's describes us better.
And my personality is INFPs..I really admit it ^^. It describes me closely. i'am the person who is :
INTROVERSION : prefer communicating in writing over talking, prefer

Overall, INFPs are idealistic, curious and loyal, they seek to understand others, yet can be less accepting of those who threaten their core value.
Next we continue our learning on Chapter 10 and 11. Chapter 10 discuss about "Building an organization capable of good strategy execution" . In conclusion, this chapter describes about what managers must do to execute strategy successfully. Why hiring, training and retaining the right people constitute a key component of the strategy execution process. Company must realize that, to promote successful strategy execution they must structuring the work effort.
For chapter 11 - "Managing internal operations; action that promote good strategy execution". We learn how best practices and process management tools drive continuous improvement in the performance of value chain activities and promote superior strategy execution. Besides that, at the end of lecture we know why the use of well-designed incentives and rewards can be management's single most powerful tool for promoting adept strategy execution, such as corporate level strategies, generic strategies, and etc.

This week, there is no face to face tutorial is conducted. My group members and I decided to go to Mdm Huda's room and consulted her about our assignment, as it must be summit soon. She gave us a brief explanation and assist what we should do. It is our mistake that we start doing our assignment late. However, we will try our best in writing a good report for the assignment, and presentation as well =)
Last but not least, i guess thats all for my last entry. Alhamdulillah, I have managed to update my blog since week 1 for lecture and tutorial class. A big thanks for Miss Ummi and Mdm Huda, not forgetten my classmate that give their hand to accomplish this blog. I hope that my individual assignment meets the criteria of getting good score.
